Manage subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your VisualQ billing.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade from two places:
- Pricing page — visit visualq.ai/pricing and click the upgrade button
- Account page — go to visualq.ai/account and click Upgrade in the Billing section
Clicking upgrade opens a Stripe Checkout session. After payment, your plan is activated immediately.
Managing your subscription
Once subscribed, click "Manage subscription" on your account page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Change your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Changing plans
You can switch between paid plans at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrading: you get immediate access to the new plan's features, prorated billing
- Downgrading: features are adjusted at the end of the current billing period
Canceling
Cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
Canceling does not delete your data. Your projects, scenarios, and test history are preserved on the Free plan (subject to plan limits).
