Manage your VisualQ account settings, profile, and security.
Your account page at visualq.ai/account provides access to profile information, billing, security settings, and account deletion.
Organizations
VisualQ uses organizations (workspaces) to group projects and manage team access. When you first sign up, you create your organization during the onboarding step.
Key concepts
- Each organization has its own projects, scenarios, integrations, and billing
- Plan limits (projects, scenarios, AI quotas) are enforced per organization
- You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them from the dashboard
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, delete org |
| Admin | Manage projects, members, settings |
| Member | Create and run tests, manage scenarios |
| Viewer | Read-only access to reports and results |
Team management
From Settings > Members, you can:
- Invite new members by email
- Change roles for existing members
- Remove members from the organization
Invitees receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join the organization.
