Delete account
Permanently delete your VisualQ account and all associated data.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your VisualQ account from the Account page.
Go to Account
Navigate to visualq.ai/account.
Scroll to danger zone
At the bottom of the page, find the Delete Account section.
Confirm deletion
Click Delete Account and confirm the action.
This action is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be deleted, including:
- All projects and scenarios
- All baseline images and test results
- All integration configurations
- Your Stripe subscription (if any)
- Your user account and authentication credentials
Before deleting
Consider:
- Cancel your subscription first through the Stripe portal to avoid being charged after deletion
- Export any data you want to keep (screenshots, reports)
- This action cannot be undone — there is no recovery process
